Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at FITScrubs®. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Package Protection by Route

Optional coverage added at checkout

FITScrubs® has partnered with Route to offer optional Package Protection on eligible orders. Route Package Protection is added to your cart for a small fee based on your order total. If you prefer not to purchase coverage, select “Check out without Coverage” at checkout to remove it.

Route Package Protection is separate from the FITScrubs® return and exchange policy below. It covers qualifying problems that occur while your order is in transit, including:

Lost packages that never arrive.
Stolen packages, including qualifying orders marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
Damaged items that arrive broken or unusable because of damage during shipping.

One of the primary benefits of Route Package Protection is that qualifying customers may be able to select a refund instead of a replacement. Under the standard FITScrubs® lost-package policy for orders without Route coverage, the resolution offered is generally a replacement rather than a refund.

You may also use the free Route app for iOS or Android to visually track your FITScrubs® orders.

Filing a Route Claim

If your order included Route Package Protection, file your claim directly through Route for the fastest resolution:

Marked delivered but not received: File between 5 and 30 calendar days after the carrier’s delivery date.
Lost or stuck in transit within the United States: File between 7 and 30 calendar days after the last tracking update.
Lost or stuck in international transit: File between 20 and 30 calendar days after the last tracking update.
Damaged item: File within 30 calendar days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

File a Route claim here.

Questions regarding an existing Route claim should be directed to Route’s support team. Questions regarding your FITScrubs® order may still be sent to kris@fitscrubs.com.

Returning Unworn Merchandise

FITScrubs® accepts returns of unworn merchandise under the following conditions:

The product must have its original hangtags attached.
The product must not have been washed or worn.
The product must be free of stains, including makeup.
The product must be free of odors, including cologne, perfume, cigarette smoke, or other strong scents.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for US customers or within 30 days of international shipping.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are purchased as-is. These items are new and have their original hangtags attached, but they are from discontinued collections. As a result, their color or shade may not match our current evrpur2.0® collection, and differences in style may result in a slightly different fit.

Gift Cards & Discounts

Discounts and discount codes cannot be used with gift cards. When a FITScrubs® gift card is applied, the total amount paid by the customer will be the balance charged to the gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable..

Free Return or Exchange Shipping for US Customers

We provide one complimentary return shipping label per order for US customers. This label may be used for either one return or one exchange. Any additional return or exchange shipments requested by the customer will be at the customer’s expense.

Return and Exchange Process

Initiate your return or exchange. Visit our online return portal and begin the process here.
Select your items. Have your order number available, log in, and select the items you wish to return or exchange. You will be required to submit photos of the merchandise for automated approval. This helps reduce manual approval time.

In some cases, the automated system may not recognize the submitted photo and the request will require manual approval. Manual reviews are generally completed within 24 hours during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

If multiple postage labels appear for multiple items, you only need to use one label because the labels share the same tracking number.
Request a sold-out item. If your desired exchange item appears sold out, leave a note in the comments section when submitting your request. We will check our reserved inventory for the item. You may also email kris@fitscrubs.com with your request and order number.
Package your items. Place your return or exchange items in the reusable poly bag or box in which your order arrived. If you no longer have the original packaging, you may use a similarly sized envelope or box.
Ship your return or exchange. After approval, you will receive a prepaid postage label by email. Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop the package off at your nearest USPS location or place it in your outgoing mail.

Return shipments generally reach us within 2–5 business days. After delivery, please allow additional time for inspection and processing.
Instant Exchange. We offer an Instant Exchange option to reduce the time required to receive your replacement scrubs. You will be required to temporarily authorize payment for the replacement merchandise. Once we receive the original merchandise in acceptable return condition, the temporary charge or authorization for the replacement merchandise will be canceled or released.

Postage Policy

FITScrubs® provides a complimentary prepaid return shipping label for one return or exchange per order as part of our customer satisfaction guarantee. Additional return labels will incur a $6 shipping-label fee, which will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Please note:

The prepaid label provided by FITScrubs® must be used as issued.
If USPS rejects or refuses to accept the provided label because of a weight discrepancy, scanning issue, or another problem, do not pay for postage out of pocket.
Email us immediately at kris@fitscrubs.com to request a replacement label. We will provide an updated prepaid label at no additional cost.
FITScrubs® will not reimburse shipping charges paid directly by customers for returns or exchanges shipped without using the label issued by FITScrubs®.

This policy ensures that returns are processed using our negotiated USPS rates and can be tracked efficiently.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing after your return is delivered to FITScrubs®.

Lost Items in Transit

Important: This section applies to orders that did not include Route Package Protection at checkout. If your order included Route Package Protection, please refer to the “Package Protection by Route” section above. A qualifying Route claim may provide a refund or replacement, depending on the resolution options available for your claim.

At FITScrubs®, we take our responsibility for shipping your merchandise seriously. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise during the delivery process. When a courier marks an order as delivered, FITScrubs® generally considers its delivery obligation fulfilled.

We understand that delivery mistakes or package theft may occasionally occur. FITScrubs® reserves the right to review these situations on a case-by-case basis.

If FITScrubs® agrees to send a replacement for a lost or stolen order that was not protected by Route, the replacement merchandise will not be eligible for a refund or return. The replacement may be eligible for one size exchange.

Missing-package claims must be submitted to FITScrubs® within seven days of the carrier’s reported delivery date.

For eligible orders without Route Package Protection, the maximum resolution FITScrubs® may offer is a replacement and one exchange. A refund will not be provided. This policy helps protect FITScrubs® against fraudulent claims and allows us to continue assisting customers who experience legitimate delivery problems.

To report an issue involving an order without Route Package Protection, email Kris at kris@fitscrubs.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable and the expected wait time exceeds two weeks after your return is delivered, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Refunds

Approved refunds for returned merchandise will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after the returned items are received and processed. Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

International Customers

FITScrubs® does not provide complimentary return shipping for international returns or exchanges because of customs requirements and international shipping costs.

International customers must ship return or exchange merchandise to the return address below at their own expense. For the first international exchange, FITScrubs® will cover the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise back to the customer. Shipping charges originally paid or paid to return merchandise are non-refundable.

Customized and Embroidered Merchandise

Customized merchandise, including products with embroidery or logo placement, is classified as final sale and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We encourage customers to carefully review their sizing, spelling, logo, thread color, and other customization selections before submitting an order.

Logo embroidery: Please provide specific color instructions for logos submitted for embroidery. Instructions may be entered in the comments section during checkout or emailed to jasmyn@fitscrubs.com. If no instructions are provided, we will match the embroidery thread colors to the submitted logo file to the best of our ability.
